iLumio won the recognition of Best Western – the prestigious wordwide hotel chain. Last year, the iLumio system was implemented in Plus Q Hotel in Wrocław, and currently also in the newest property, Plus Q Hotel at ul. Wygrana in Krakow. 

 

Plus Q Hotel Krakow is the newest investment of the Best Western network, located in the center of Krakow. Each of the 154 rooms has been equipped with the iLumio system, integrated with other hotel systems. iLumio is an innovative solution that allows for modern hotel guest services and is an excellent tool for managing the operations of the entire hotel. An interactive and modern level of service is at the fingertips of the guests of Q Hotel Kraków, allowing them to use the multimedia entertainment system or keep up to date with the information they are interested in: from their hotel bill to flight schedules and the current weather. Q Hotel has also been equipped with the Digital Signage function, thanks to which televisions in public spaces are an excellent carrier of information and a convenient form of communication with the hotel guests. The use of all facilities offered by the resort will become even easier and more enjoyable thanks to the mobile iLumio application, which will allow control of the system from the user’s mobile device. “The hotel industry increasingly recognizes the potential of modern systems that allow for more efficient customer service and contribute to the positive experience of staying at the resort. The vision of the hotel of the future is within arm’s reach – we can confidently say that iLumio is part of this trend by offering intuitive services, based strictly on the customer’s preferences. Another aspect influencing the ease of use of the system is the mobile application, which gives clients uninterrupted access to the hotel’s services. This is reflected in the number of orders, which in the case of SPA&Wellness services rose by 19%, and in the case of additional services by 21%, in locations that have chosen to implement iLumio,” said Justyna Michalczyk, General Manager of iLumio. The Best Western network is a three-time winner of the Best Hotel Awards for the best hotel chain in Poland. It currently has 23 locations in Poland, hundreds of hotels in Europe, and over 4,000 sites in over 100 countries.
