Atlantis The Palm

Atlantis is majestic 5 star Dubai hotel situated on the Palm, a man-made island that has captured the world’s imagination with its magnificent scale and ingenuity. From the hotel architecture to the award-winning restaurants and must-visit aquatic attractions, this is one of the most luxury resort. This luxorious hotel situated in the heart of Dubai is one of the most frequently sharing/tweeting hotel. There are 1539 rooms in the hotel, 934 square metres, five stars standard, 160 square metres of aqua park, 45.000 square metres of Dolphin Bay.

iLumio created system to manage travel on smartphones, but also to navigate in such incredibly large object. Analysis of target group shows that guests of Atlantis the Palm are people with extraordinary income who appreciate news and technological facilities.

Answering to those needs, iLumio offered two unique products: mobile application and interactive touch screen (kiosk).



Mobile application may not designed only for improving guests experience and enable direct reservation, but also for selling services and reservations offered by hotel.



Interactive touch screen is perfect tool for point to point navigaton in hotel and also for checking information about available attractions – restaurants, shops and events.
